Volunteer Recruitment

Get in touch today and talk about our volunteer recruitment services.

We recruit volunteers to help individuals and organisations. We can help you to find volunteers, whatever your personal support needs or the needs of your organisation.

Volunteers for individuals

If there are barriers to you living an independent life, a CSV full-time volunteer could be the answer. A CSV volunteer could help you to find the freedom you are looking for – freedom to live an independent life on your own terms.

For over 30 years CSV volunteers have enabled people with different care needs to live in their own homes, get the most out of university or college, bring up their families, go to work or on holiday – in other words, make choices.

CSV volunteers are a flexible, dynamic resource giving you full-time support for up to a year at a time. Choose the support of a CSV volunteer and you get to decide how your needs are met and who you work with.

To find out more about CSV Choices, call our volunteer recruitment team on 01223 728 460 or email solutions@csv.org.uk. See the related resources or click here to download our leaflet introducing CSV Choices (PDF).

Volunteers for Organisations

At CSV we work with over 15,000 partner organisations every year. We work with organisations of all sizes and from all sectors of UK society.

We recruit volunteers for schools, universities, prisons, youth offending teams, Job Centres, local authorities, Primary Care Trusts, libraries, charities and community organisations large and small.

CSV full-time volunteers are a flexible and dynamic resource. They volunteer for up to 35 hours a week for between 6 and 12 months each. They can be carers, mentors, role models, companions and friends - but above all they get things done, sometimes in very challenging settings.

To find out more, email solutions@csv.org.uk or contact CSV Volunteering Partners on 01223 728 460.

We mainly recruit volunteers to work in social care settings, education, youth offending and with people who are homeless. They can add value to and complement the services offered by professionals and offer extra care and support to individual service users.

CSV has over 45 years experience recruiting, training and matching full-time volunteers, it is at the core of what we do and we are the market leader in the UK. We carefully select and match our volunteers to specific opportunities so, whatever the needs of your organisation, we can find the right volunteer for you.

See the related resources for a full description of how full-time volunteering works.
