CSV strives to pass on almost 50 years of knowledge and experience in volunteer management to build the skills and capacity of voluntary and community organisations, opening doors to more volunteering with the public sector.

Through training sessions and workshops, we can help organisations of all sizes to involve volunteers effectively and to get the best from the energy of volunteers.

We recognise that one size does not fit all, and our bespoke workshops with organisations can be run ‘in house’ and tailored to an organisation's specific requirements and needs.

IAVM

CSV’s Institute for Advanced Volunteer Management, or IAVM, was our annual residential learning event and created a unique environment for training hundreds of leaders in volunteering. While we do not currently have open access training workshops planned, details of any forthcoming training will be announced here.
