Over 150,000 people volunteer with CSV in the UK every year.

CSV volunteers come from all age-groups and all walks of life. They touch the lives of over a million people across the UK each year. At the core of what we do is the belief that anyone can be a volunteer no matter who they are or where they come from. We reject no-one.

Volunteers spotlight

CSV full-time volunteers undertake a huge variety of roles.

Charlie Pritchard, 24, volunteered for 8 months at a regional activity centre for Girlguiding Anglia in Norfolk, needing to develop his teamwork and leadership skills to help his application for officer entry into the Royal Navy.
